As a result, officials are cutting down on visitation hours, or even preventing tourists from visiting at all, in an attempt to protect the beauty of these spots. But there’s sometimes a darker reason as to why these places are crumbling. Deforestation, illegal logging, and poachers are also having a terrible effect on some of the most beautiful traveling spots in the world. Slowly but surely, these spots are fading away.
