Some are small-time crooks looking to grab a purse or a smartphone. Others aim for bigger game, like knocking off a bank or even trying to steal a car. Whatever the reason, we know to always be on the lookout for shady figures. We also know to be on the lookout because most criminals aren’t very smart.
