Having to navigate social, educational, and vocational challenges while our brains are still growing and developing can be really hard to deal with. Add to that our parents rules and regulations and it’s surprising we manage to make it through! The only thing more difficult would be growing up in prison, just like the kids in this video have had to. We will take you behind bars, where you will be shocked at some of the crimes committed by these children. Curtis Jones and his sister, Catherine Jones, were recently freed after being imprisoned at the ages of 12 and 13 respectively. Curtis was once distraught at not being able to bring his Nintendo to prison with him, so we imagine he will be really excited to see the new consoles available now! Little Mary Bell committed some heinous crimes between the ages of 10 and 11 that earned her a period of imprisonment. However, when she was released she was allowed to assume a different identity and integrate into society. Anissa Weier and Morgan Geyser attacked a female friend when the trio of 13 year old girls was playing a game of hide and seek. Now it’s up to the courts to decide of Weier and Geyser are going to be hiding behind bars. Nate Aderson’s parents were distraught when they learned that their son had taken the life of their daughter, Amanda Anderson. While they claim to have forgiven him, they can’t forget, and support his 20 year prison sentence.
