It’s something we do from the minute we are born. Think back to things you had to learn to do when you were little. These were things that were initially a challenge but now seem incredibly simple. Tying your shoes, using the phone, learning how to use the toilet and even dressing yourself. Not only are they things that we hope you mastered as a child, but as adults these activities can be done without even breaking a sweat. There’s just one big problem. For a lot of these things it turns out we’ve been doing them wrong the whole time. What on Earth are we talking about?
